Our CEO
HARRISON LANGLEY
Harrison Langley, a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, technology, and blockchain innovation, became the CEO of MDLR Brands with a clear vision. His experience in project management, successful acquisitions, and passion for environmental conservation made him the ideal leader for the company.
Langley’s commitment to environmental stewardship runs deep. He founded and manages the local chapter of the International Waterkeeper Alliance, a global non-profit dedicated to preserving clean waterways. His dedication earned him the role of Chairman of the Board in Collier County, Florida.
His professional journey began at the College of Charleston, where he studied physics, real estate, and studio art. He then worked in New York with Gural Family Holdings, conducting market research and financial analysis. Later, as an investment manager for Langley Properties, he played a key role in successful real estate acquisitions across the Eastern U.S. His ability to spot lucrative opportunities extended to the blockchain industry, where he achieved remarkable returns as a consultant.
Recognizing a gap in the market for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), Langley saw potential in expanding MDLR Brands' expertise in fiberglass Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to create modular tiny homes and other innovative structures, including CAT-5-rated buildings and agricultural facilities.
"My work with the Waterkeeper Alliance has shown me the delicate balance between environmental protection and the demand for housing," Langley says. "With this perspective and my professional background, leading MDLR Brands feels like a natural fit. Beyond profitability, our goal is to inspire change and reshape the housing market."
When not at the company’s Chattanooga headquarters, Langley enjoys time with his wife and children at their home in Naples, Florida.
